So this evening I went with the lovely Ms. Johnson to go and see the film 'The Last Airbender'. I will, from this point on, be recommending this film to both fans of the animated series and non-fans of the animated series.

To start, this film has amazing special effects. All the bending effects will simply blow you away. The choreography is great as well. I'm not gonna go much into the plot details, as the trailer gives away enough without ruining anything. The casting was pretty good, though the script could do with some work, but the costumes were brilliant and so was Appa! 'Yip Yip'

Sadly though, the comedy, innocence and naivety of Aang in the animated series seem to be missing. However, I thoroughly enjoyed this film and will gladly recommend it to anyone. 9/10
